If you have received a functioning product as described but wish to exercise your right to return it within 14 days, please follow the steps below.

- Contact phone number
- Type and number of payment document (receipt, invoice, courier receipt for postal money order)
- If you wish, you may provide a reason for the return

Useful information:
The consumer has the right, pursuant to Article 55, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, to reject the goods received within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods, without compensation or penalty. In this case, the company will refund the consumer the amounts paid by him no later than 14 days from the date on which the consumer exercised his right to withdraw from the goods, in accordance with Article 55, paragraph 6 of the Consumer Protection Act.
The consumer is obliged to keep the goods received from RENATA ART Ltd., their quality and safety during the period referred to in Article 55, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act. In order to return the purchased products, it is a prerequisite that they are in good commercial condition, without having been used and without having damaged the integrity of the packaging. The products must correspond to the condition in which they were received by the consumer. Products which do not comply with these conditions are not returnable and cannot be refused.
In the event of a manufacturing defect that is discovered after receipt of the product, the customer returns it at the expense of the trader and another product is sent as requested. In this case, the transport costs shall be borne by RENATA ART LTD.
In the event of return of purchased goods at the customer's request in accordance with Article 55, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, the transport costs shall be borne by the customer.
If you find upon receipt of the goods that they have damaged or torn packaging due to improper transportation, or are missing, the claim and insurance will only be upheld in the presence of the courier. In this case, please contact us immediately and/or refuse to accept the goods. The claim shall be certified by a note on the courier's delivery note. A report shall be drawn up describing the condition of the consignment and its packaging. If you accept the shipment at your own risk and do not submit your claims to the courier, the claim may be considered invalid.
Terms and Conditions of Website Use
I. Subject
Mr. 1. (1) These General Terms and Conditions are intended to regulate the relationship between www.heattech.bg (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") and Visitors to the Web Site (hereinafter referred to as "Visitors").
(2) By accessing and loading the Site, Visitors agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any subsequent changes thereto, and agree to abide by them.

Art. 3. The Site www.heattech.bg provides Visitors with information on the activities, services and prices of the Provider, an overview of the uploaded content and actions that are necessary for the full use of the Site for its intended purpose.
III. Intellectual property
Article 4. (1) All publications on the Site are the exclusive intellectual property of the Provider and are subject to protection under the Copyright and Related Rights Act and may not be used in any way without the prior written consent of the Provider.
(2) The images on the Site, as well as other visual elements representing the intellectual property of the Provider, may not be used or reproduced in any way by third parties without its prior written consent.
(3) Any unauthorized use of the materials published on the Site, without the Provider's permission, constitutes an infringement for which the offender is liable to civil, administrative and criminal penalties in accordance with the applicable Bulgarian legislation.
Article 5. (1) The Provider does not authorize the use in any way of the content of the Site by previewing all or part of the materials published therein on another site.
(2) Reference to materials on the Site from other sites is permissible if it is made in accordance with good manners and commercial practice and if, by the reference and the manner of presentation of the reference, no doubt arises as to the Provider's authorship of the materials, so that Visitors are not misled.
IV. Protection of personal data
Article 6. (1) The Provider shall take measures to protect the personal data of Visitors in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, the requirements of European and Bulgarian legislation, as well as the Personal Data Protection Policy published on its website.
(2) The Provider does not send identifying information to third parties, as technical information and information about the use of the Site by Users is processed by the company maintaining the platform on which the Site is placed, subject to the requirements for the protection of personal data and information security.
(3) The Provider collects and processes cookie data in accordance with its Policy, which Visitors become aware of when loading the Site.
V. Modification of General Terms and Conditions
Mr. 7. (1) These General Terms and Conditions may be amended by the Provider at any time, and the amended General Terms and Conditions shall be published on the Site in a timely manner, together with a notice to Visitors of the changes made.
VI. Limitation of Liability
Article 8. (1) The Provider provides access to the content of the Site as is and does not guarantee that the guidelines in the materials on the Site lead to the intended results of the Visitors.
